OFFICIAL PRACTICE ICE

Our Referee, Phil Deaver has drawn the official PRACTICE ice skating order. When you check in at the Practice Ice for your Official Practice, you will be noticed of your skating order. 

WAITING LIST FOR PRACTICE ICE

Beginning, Thursday, October 15th, 12:00 pm the Practice Ice Desk will be open to purchase practice ice for $15.00 (Unofficial) and $20 (Official). If the session is full, you can sign up on the waiting list. A skater's place on a session will be held for no more than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, we reserve the right to resell that spot, with no refund to the missing skater. Empty slots on a session will be filled in the order the name appears on the waiting list. Skaters should check in with the practice ice desk at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their session.

VIDEOTAPING

All U.S. Figure Skating Championship Competitions will be professionally videotaped and photographed. NO PERSONAL VIDEOTAPING OF THE COMPETITION IN ANY FORM IS PERMITTED. Failure to comply with the stated policy may result in confiscation of your video equipment for the duration of the session. Issued by U.S. Figure Skating. This rule will be strictly enforced.

Practice Ice at Salt Lake City Sports Complex

The Salt Lake City Sports Complex will offer freestyle sessions beginning Monday, October 12 - Thursday, October 15. Download the schedule for the freestyle hours. Sessions are $10.00 an hour. Register at the front desk. They do NOT accept registration over the phone. Guest coach fees are $10.00. Music is allowed.

Practice Ice

Pre registration for Practice Ice is officially over! Please review the schedule. We will not be making any changes or selling any sessions. Beginning Thursday, October 15th the practice ice desk will be open to sell any remaining spots and waiting list requests. Only 15 skaters per session. We will not extend the number of skaters on a session. You will NOT turn in music at the practice ice desk for your OFFICIAL practice. All music must be turned in at the registration desk before your official practice.

Registration Desk

When you arrive to the Salt Lake City Sports Complex, immediately register and turn in your music.  All music must be turned in before you can receive your credentials.  Official Ice Practice will be playing the music received at the registration desk.  It's important to turn it in early.  If your coach turns in your music, you will NOT receive your crendentials until the music is received.  We are collecting both short and long program music at the registration.

Our beautiful facility includes two Olympic size rinks 200' x 100' with rounded corners.  

Admission/Credentials:

Competitors will receive complimentary credentials for 1 chaperone and 1 designated US Figure Skating/PSA member coach.  These credentials are non-transferable.  You must have credentials to enter the Salt Lake City Sports Complex.  Additional spectator All Event tickets can be pre-ordered.

All Event Tickets: $25.00, Children: (12and under) $20.00, Children (5 and under): Free

Admission will be charged for all events including Non Qualifying Events. One day tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
